Duel layer Rabbit / Guinea Pig Hutch +

1 X Duel layer Rabbit / Guinea Pig Hutch 5 foot wide 4 foot tall and 2 foot deep. It was a pets at home pre packaged hutch bought for 100. I have modified with bi folding perspex doors to keep the wind and rain out at a cost of 100. It has two internal bottle holders to reduce the chance of freezing. The top layer has a sleeping area, there is a ramp down to an open area at the bottom. It has been painted inside and out to make it last longer at a cost of 25. There is a gutter on the back of teh hutch which can be attached to a small water butt (Which is not included). It is a upgraded hutch which would cost 225 to make for sale at 75. It has been home to our two guinea pigs, however one passed last year and it is too big for just one guinea pig. Any one interested in buying has to appreciate it would be difficult to flat pack the hutch for transport. So a big car or van would be needed to move it.
